I have recently joined a gym and I am squatting heavy weights. And I think I am having hemmoroids. I have a moderately good diet. The anus is slightly swollen and itchy. Please help.

Piles are commonly seen in heavy weight lifters. The increased abdominal pressure during lifting the weight is transmitted to the rectal veins. Due to this back pressure at veins they tend to swell up and give rise to hemorrhoids. To prevent this you should do sphincter exercise (contract anal muscles - like you do when suppressing urge for stool and then relax. Repeat it for 10 minutes.) after every session. Massage some ointment like Pilex cream in anal passage. If problem persists you can consult online.
