I am 20 year old and I would like to know if taking sagely as a birth control pill would be a good thing or are there better options that I can opt for as birth control methods?

Hi I do not think Sagely is a contraceptive. The best option at this age would be condoms with or without contraceptive pills. It is a good thing that you are thinking of contraception, but please do not be misled. Take an reliable effective pill, and use condoms to avoid Sexually Transmitted Diseases, and unplanned pregnancy.
