Hi I have pcod and I don't get regular periods. I was operated laparoscopically in 2006 since then I get periods like once in 2-3 months sometimes once or twice in a year. I keep changing cities and so the doctors which is actually not helping my problem. I take metformin regularly though since many doc prescribe that wherever I go so I wanna know how do I make changes in my lifestyle to help me with the problem any specific home remedies I should be taking to get my periods regular. I have hair on my chin and I am obese. Being a corporate my lifestyle includes drinking and smoking. I want to focus on my self now since I am 29 and so I want to know how do I change things. Will doing yoga help?
