As per our Medical director & Fertility Specialist Dr. Asha S Vijay Suggestion- Ovarian simple follicular cysts can regress with oral contraceptive pills. We have to repeat scan after 1 month of treatment to check if cyst is still persisting. And then decide on treatment.
