Hi the growth you are describing might be a skin tag, skin tags grow covering the fissure, since its painless you can leave it alone and it will subside on its own, else you can get it removed, if you want it to be removed just visit a nearest surgeon my advice is to leave it on its own and it will subside just leave a positive feedback if helpful.
