I get a headache after eating anything. I am scared to have food now. I have lunch at 5.30 pm now so that whole day I can be free of headaches. After several tests, the results shows the following: Pre-diabetic (As per HB1Ac) Borderline hypothyroidism low levels of iron, haemoglobin, vit d. Have severe migraine issues (chronic daily migraine triggered by EVERYTHING) So is sugar spike/thyroid/ vit deficiency triggering the headache? Or all of it? What can I eat? I have tried and tested everything. All gives a headache!
