Though I am maintain a routine & sequenced diet but gastric problem can't let me go through a good life. My heart bumps s, I get trembled suddenly even in sleep I sweat then feel so cold. I left actapro & nexpro but can't see a huge change with medicine or without medicine. I don't know how can I get rid of.
