My father is 61 years old. His USG report reads like this: Grade 1 prostatomegaly with enlarged prostate and Small polyp measuring 6 mm Along posterior of UB. Not a case of hematuria?.He was feeling difficulty while urinating. Now he is urinating normally after taking silodosin capsule, alpha blocker and metoz 0.5.Now he is taking rapifil D 8/0.5 and alpha blocker. Anybody give be some good advice.

I told you earlier to continue same medicine, repeat USG abdomen and if size of the polyp increases or if he has hematuria he will need cystoscopy.
