Sir I am suffering from schizophrenia last 20 years now Dr. has advice me 1 mg respidon on night only .its my long illness. So can I use respidon 1 mg per night for lifetime. Is it essential or not to take pacitane along with?

Some patients require Trihexyphenidyl some do not. Its better that you discuss its need with your treating Psychiatrist. As far as lifetime treatment goes your treating Doctor must be knowing your course of illness in past 20 years and so it's best that you go with his advice regarding the type of medicine as well as the dose.
