I want to know that I can have normal delivery after my first baby is with cesarean CPT And now she is 16 months old and I am pregnant Can you please suggest me if can do any kind of exercises and have normal delivery I don't want to suffer again with c section delivery.

Generally no body want to take risk for normal delivery once you had LSCS. As some times there is threatened rupture of uterus ocourand and you both can be at risk. So in my opinion you should go for cessareon.
