I am suffering from constipation. When after I came from toilet I feel heavy heavy .i m not able to clear my stomach .because of this my every day is becoming my worst day .i m getting angry on little little things. Its been 1 and a half year I am suffering from this bad condition. Because of this I lost my 10 kg weight. I took 2/3 doctor's treatment bt got not that much result. I took triphala also. Please help me.
