Hi, I am 33, unmarried. I am suffering from frequent urination and when I make some delay, I feel a lot of uneasiness. After urination, I feel completely relaxed. I did USG and my prostate size was 18 grams. Kindly suggest me what to do. Further let me know if I have an enlarged prostate. If yes, please let me know what should be the normal size of a prostate. Thanking you in anticipation.

It is not due to enlarged prostate. There is an entity called as overactive bladder which gives symptoms like this. Start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see how is the response.
