Hi Doctor, When I checked my viral load test (HBV DNA QUANTITATIVE RT PCR) It?s found 2430108IU/ml. Doctor advised me to take tenofovir (Tenvir) 300 mg once a day for 1 year. Is it completely treatable. Is it possible to make my HBsAg negative. Thanks so much for the advice.

HBsAg never becomes negative. But viral load can be undetectable. To better understand the risk and consequences please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done. May be I can suggest you where to go in kerala.
