Is there any connectivity between tinnitus and impacted wisdom tooth. If it is the reason for tinnitus means after the extraction of tooth .the ringing sound will stop or continue? Please tell me.

Tinnitus is not the direct issue from impacted wisdom tooth. First consult a ENT Dr. to rule out any ear problem in itself. If your ear is normal then most of the time people with tinnitus faces other issues too like jaw pain, frequent headache, face muscle pain, hissing sound from ear, difficulty or pain or deviation during opening- closing of their mouth. If some of these problems are also present in you then its not because of impacted wisdom tooth but it is due to jaw joint problem. Consult a good dentist who can visualize beyond impacted teeth for tinnitus as a cause. Extracting teeth without proper diagnosis might not help tinnitus.
