I'm 20 years old. My weight was 59 kg which before 2 months but now it became 55 kg. So I visited a doctor with this weight loss issue and mild digestion problems. So Dr. Gave me some tests and here are results: SERUM BILIRUBIN TOTAL 2.3 mg/100 ml. Direct 0.5 mg/100 ml. Indirect 1.8 mg/100 ml [Serum albumin 4.8g/ 100 ml] [Serum globulin 2.7g/ 100 ml] [A/G RATIO 1.8] [Serum alkaline phosphate 127 units/ lit] [Serum SGOT 57 units/lit] [Serum SGPT 109 units /lit]? Recent problems of mine are tiredness & mild digestion problem. What should I do?

Get your thyroid profile checked at some lab For digestion problem do this-- 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 8. Drink lot of water. 9. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. This is for long term results But for now to bring your digestive system back on track you need to take medicines.
