Hi, My vagina and anus gets really itchy at night. I do not have any discharge. I am 15 year old. I really can not resist itching. I need a treatment asap. Cream or gel will not work for me but tablets will. Please suggest me.

May be its due to Pin worm infection. In pin worm infections, usually itching starts at evening around 6.30 to 7.30 pm and increase its intensity at night. There is a chance of these infection may spread to vagina causes vaginal itching. In later stage, means after 4 to five days after starting itching and scratching around the vaginal area, it may leads to bacterial infection around perennial area. Please let me know whether did you have taken any deworming medicines recently. Also it is important to cut your finger nails and wash your inner cloth with hot water and dry it sun light, at least once in a week.

Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance.
