Hi, I have constant nasal allergy (dust and dust mites) since last one and half year and recurrent sore throat, difficulty breathing, I have to take deep breaths to get breathing satisfaction, some times I get and some times I don't, I have been to many doctors and they say my lungs are clear but x ray shows some bronchovascular prominence. My ige was 310. I had septoplasty too 4 months ago. Currently I am on allergy medicine. Nasal steroid spray and antihistamine tablet. Currently I am feeling some relief but I need permanent treatment for my allergies because it cause recurrent sore throat and stuffy nose which makes my breathing difficult.

Allergy has no permanent cure. Its an inherent part of your body. U can take preventive measures against dust mites along with nasal sprays.
