Sir, when I am sitting with my female friend and when she caught my hand and i'm get excited and due these excitement my semen falls from penis and my pant is all wet with that. My semen is very thin and everyday this happens with me. I'm very depressed with these because I do not want that type of feeling in my friend circle. For treating this problem I am taking ashwagandha in night with light warm milk. And many more. But after doing this remedies I got no results. Please help me. Sir.

You should also share issues with close friends and pursue your hobbies to buildup your self esteem. Maybe gardening, writing, painting, music etc.
