Hi, My wife is pregnant 35 weeks 4 days having BP 90/140 & TSH 6.12 taking BP & thaiered medicine for last 15 days and having touch with Dr. regularly, if I give birth early for baby or not or should I wait for 9 months to complete.

Hello lybrate-user, your wife have pregnancy induced hypertension. In these conditions blood pressure increases due to baby. If her blood pressure remains controlled with medicine no need to worrt. But sometimes it becomes so high and we can not control with medicine, in that case immediate delivery is needed to prevent harm to mother and baby. Doctor will give injection to mature lungs of baby. Keep in touch with doctor and follow proper advice and medicine. Take care.
