It's starting of osteo arthritis of knee. It's an age related arthritis. But you have this problem at very young age. To prevent this from progressing do cycling, swimming etc. Don't walk much. As knee are weight bearing joint. So it suffers further. But if we do cycling etc. Then knee don't need to support our weight. For more details you can consult me.
