My Age is 32 year 3 months/husband's age is 30 year.I had done myomectomy for uterine fibroids last year in nov. 8 months TTC after myomectomy but no luck yet .I am trying for my first .Last month on 11th day of my period my scan report is 1 follicle of 1.66 cm in my ovary. Me and my husband's report is My blood test Estradiol E2 -19.34 pg/ml FSH - 6.69 IU/L LH- 11.10 IU/L Prolactin - 29.55 ng/ml TSH -5.13 uIU/ml Husband's report Volume -4 ml Sperm count -40 millions/ml Motility Active -5% Sluggish- 40% Inactive-55% Morphology Normal forms-60% Abnormal-40% What should I do. Can I conceive naturally.

You and your partner both need treatment. Motility in sperm count is less. Your thyroid and prolactin is borderline high need to be treated first. Myomectomy leads to adhesion in pelvis and affects fertility. Due to multiple factors of infertility it becomes difficult to conceive naturally.
