Dear Aishwarya, Aggressiveness may be a part of your paranoid schizophrenia. Schizophrenia needs to be treated with antipsychotics. There are many different types of antipsychotic available. One had to try few of them before deciding the proper drug and dose. May be soltus 200 did not work that well the doctor changed to risperidone (risdone plus) Once your paranoid ideas come down, the aggressiveness will be controlled. Please continue treatment and consult the doctor repeatedly.
