Dear lybrateuser, - Symptoms of dengue include high fever, headache especially behind eyeballs, muscle & joint pain, weakness, nausea, body rash & in severe cases bleeding from internal organs & organ failure - on investigations if the diagnosis is made then rest, plenty of oral fluids, proper diet & tablet Paracetamol can be given for fever & pain, most of the cases recover in a week or so on their own, if there is bleeding from organs & platelet count is low then hospitalisation is required.
