Hi. I am having hypothyroidism and on medication since 6 months. Currently I am taking 35 mg of Euythrox tablets but this month my periods got delayed by 10 days and I didn't get my thyroid tested since 5 months. please suggest what to do?

Hello, Thanks for the query. With adequate dosage of Levothyroxine if TSH is well controlled (between 3 to 4 mU/L), then most of the symptoms related to hypothyroidism are in check. Occasional delay in a menstrual cycle may not be due to high TSH, but still it is better to get the test done. Thanks.
