I am one month pregnant and I can see blood spotting. Not enough to wet the cloth but I can see on tissues. I am having mild cramps as well. For better description, I had my last period on 27 aug and had unprotected intercourse on 12th sep. I missed my proposed period on 2nd october. Please guide if it is worrisome or not.
