From 5 years i am having anxiety depression tablets. Panacep paxidep now tryptomer 10 mg. How can I stop this. My sperm count is low after taking this medicine. Also I tried 2 times to stop but again problems started. Problems like sometimes heart pounding dizziness. And stomach upset. When this comes my mood will go off. I can not enjoy any moments. I am married and its been 3 years we do not have children. Trying do a baby but its moods problems and count problem it will not be happen. I have cholesterol hiatus hernia. Last 2 days I feels like my head like pounding and some irritations in my body. I checked bp its 170 92. I do not know what is this. Now bp also high. I do not know what to do. Before 5 years I got panic attack 2 times that's why I want to doctor and he started medicine. That time he said no any problems for this medicine and its just for 6 months now its 5 years. What to do. Now my tension is this medicine will spoil my life. Do not know what to do. Is there any hope to stop this medicine? Why now bp came. please help me. Please give me a solution. Sometimes the body irritates like low bp or low sugar. How can I come of of this. This problems effecting my whole family. Now i am really afraid of bp. I lost all interest to any enjoyments. please help.

Dear Afsal, Panazep, paxidep and tryptomer 10 are NOT the reason for your low sperm count. There will be other reasons for it like hormonal problems, diabetes, bp, cholesterol disturbances. Please go to doctor and get them checked and treated. Since 3 years are you sexually ok? If you have problems with erection, it may be due to these tablets. You need to talk to the doctor about it and change to other antidepressants without erection problems. If you lose interest in sex, it may be because of your panic attacks due to depression. It needs better treatment with antidepressants for some more time. BP, cholesterol, hiatus hernia, infertility, etc are lift style disorders needing lifestyle changes.
