I am suffering viral fever and throat pain with cough from last 5 days.in blood investigation as. HB_13.2, WBC_10200 L-35% M-05% G-60% and platelets 90000/cumm. please suggest me what I will do for next.

Total counts are high and platelets counts in lower range it can be dengue which has no treatment as medicines. Drink lots of water and ors in different forms like lemon juice and a spoon of honey with warm water is best antiseptic and moisturizing too with no side effects like sedation and it's not addictive medicine total rest or light work inside home hygeine to be maintained by bath and wear cottons get investigation done.
