Hi, My husband is being treated for parkinson's disease. Till last week he took syndopa 275 but now syndopa plus 125 is recommended. What is the difference between these two. Will my husband be cured?

They both contain Levodopa and Carbidopa, however.... In the Plus, the doses are 100mg and 25mgs respectively. The CR is a time released formulation and it offers an additional dosage of 50mgs and 200mgs, in addition to the dosage listed above. And side effects may include: nausea, dizziness and drowsiness.
