My 3.5 year toddler is suffering from cough, and some time fever and his xray was taken where its detected he is having mild prominent bronchiolitis pneumonitis in both the lungs he is being given ambroxyl hydrochloride cough syrup and augmentin to treat this since past 2 months, what more treatment should be given?

Your son has wheezy bronchitis and is on correct education and if needed nebulisation can be given . augmentin should not be continued for more than a week as you are giving
