Hi, I have thyroid for which I am taking medicines and the levels are normal. I have knee pains. When I have done vit d serum level test the result was highly deficient in levels. Can I take uprise D3 weekly once. And please say me some homeo medicines too.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Looking at your weight and height it is clear that with a BMI of 28.42 KGS/ Sq meter you are very close to being in grade 1 obesity. It would have been better if actual TSH levels were mentioned. That would have given a clear idea about actual control. For Vitamin D3 deficiency the supplement. Can be taken. Knee pain can come down with weight reduction. Your ideal body weight should be about 70 Kgs. Thanks.
