I am 5 week 3 day's pregnant, and I already have a sonography, reports r showing no yolk sac and no fetal pole, is it normal, and suggest me to come after 2 weeks, and my gynaecologist suggest me to take some medicines and injections for 13 week, is it normal please guide me,
