Hi, 2 years back I was implanted with stents due to high sugar level. The doctor prescribed at that time Glucorylmv2 before breakfast and dinner and jalram 50/ 1000 after lunch. I was fine for the past 10 months. However, I lost my job and am under tremendous stress these days. Yesterday, when I checked, my h1bac level is 10.4. I want to avoid insulin. Will you please suggest me how to control. I am afraid if I go to my endocrinologist he would suggest insulin. Will higher stress levels increase blood sugar levels.
