My age is 24, since one week I am having mild cough and cold, but in the morning when I wake up there is little discharge of blood, no abnormalities in the blood and no pain, neither any fever just little cough and cold and also the blood discharge goes away after 2-3 spits, yes I have been rigorously clearing my throat and facing acidity, is this a big reason to worry because there is no breathing problems associated with it also.
