I am 23 year old female, and since a couple of weeks I am facing the problem of frequent urination with a little vaginal discharge. The frequency has reached to 6-7 times a day, as compared to twice or thrice earlier in an entire day. Also, the fluid intake throughout the day is low, i.e. 2-3 glasses a day. Can you please guide me in the right direction as to what might be the cause and treatment preferably without medications.
