I am having a fever of 104F throughout the day. I am diagnosed with pulmonary TB. How to deal with the fever as it is unbearable. Only calpol is saving me.

There are several ways to bring down (reduce) a fever. In general, a fever can be reduced with ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Nuprin) or acetaminophen (Tylenol and others). Both medications help control pain and reduce fever. Alternating doses of each will also work and prevent accidental overdose of one drug
