I am hypothyroid but its still controlled, but vitamin d levels are low and for quite a long I am suffering from immense radiating pain in both arms, its excruciating, and it makes me crippled, even gabapentin, does not work and also I have menstrual irregularities.

Your thyroid may not be well controlled as you say and need to re check and Vit D can easily be corrected by supplement and also check for anemia and correct it if it is low in Hb % (10 or less)
