Hi, I have 1 month old baby and my doctor prescribed calcimax syrup 2.5 ml od. Is it necessary. My son doesn't have any deficiencies.

If your child is not lowbirth weight and doesn't have any issues at birth. Then it is not necessary. U use only vitamin D3 drops. Calcium is not necessary as a routine for every newborn.
