Sir, I have a problem with my testis. For 2 month have been suffering from this problem. From 70 to 80 days I noticed that I have a pain in my testis.in primary I did not give importance but slowly my testis become swelling and hang up and it look a bunch of dry skin. When I touch my testis I feel some vein coiled together. I feel pain in my left testis at night hour mostly. And I have also pain in back muscles and so weakness. Sir my testis are swelling so fastly. I have a confusion that is it hydrocele or varicose? Please help me. Thank you.
