Out of a sudden I felt a shooting pain in the top left side of head while bending my head. And when I stood up it went away. It just happened when I bent and for few seconds. But today the pain occurred around backside of ear while I was standing (not bending) can it be pre sign of stroke/palsy/paralysis? I don't have any medical history. Just back stiffness caused by poor posture since my teen age.
