My first delivery was cesarean because of low amniotic fluid. My first baby boy was born in 2012. Now I'm 20 weeks pregnant. Since I don't have any problem but my doctor prescribed me Ecosprin 75. Is this medicine safe during pregnancy, and it will increase amniotic fluid?
