Dear lybrateuser, - Vit B12 is mainly found in non veg foods - for vegans only fortified foods like soy milk & cereals can provide the vitamin - have to take supplements oral or injectible as per the degree of deficiency.

Hello sir, Vitamin b12 maximum sources in non veg food, but curd is fare source of vit b12. Also by the help of medication you can balance after that regular diet should be take balance diet. So will never return to any deficiency.
