I had been suffering from fever and headache for the last two days. I had taken PCM but after taking PCM, it goes away but after some time recurs. What should I do now?

Based on this two symptoms, one can't decide what type of fever you are suffering from, if you have associated cough and cold it may be flu, it maybe other fevers dengue or chickengunya, it may be normal viral fever, I think you are having temperatures not so high because you are taking pcm and waiting, diagnosis can't be done on basis of two symptoms, fever characteristics, variation with day and night, any other associated symptoms, all should be taken into account. So if your suffering from not much high temperatures wait for two more days, if you are having very high temperatures, go for diagnosis and then treatment.
