Hi dear, need not worry your PLT count is just low, that does not mean that you are not fit for surgery. Anyways to avoid any kinds of confusions you can get a repeat PLT count, PT/APPT, Bleeding Time and Clotting Time done. I hope I have cleared your doubt.
