Hello sir/maam, I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and prescribed Nexito 10 and divaa 750 mg. Earlier I was taking mirtaz 7.5 which was working good. I have doubt about divaa? Should I ditch it for mirtaz 15 mg directly please help.

Dear Amit, In bipolar disorder, divaa 750 mg or more will be the treatment in the long run. Nexito can be ditched for mirtaz - but NOT divaa. There is a risk of switching to mania if you stop divaa.
