My wife is having pain & burning sensation, in the mid of chest-since last 4/5 days. She does have pain below left breast & on the joint of shoulder bone of left side at back. Her BP is stable at 110/70mmhg on talking Espin-2.5 mg & Atenij-25 mg in the morning since 2006-when she had panic disorder due to anxiety on account of 3 demises in Family. Her vision in normal to perform daily activity even in kitchen after operating for NA Glaucoma in 2004. Her LE IOP is controlled at 17/18instilling Xalacom once at night. She does have acidity-issue & is taking Rab-D once in a while. Would you kindly advise about her constant & steady pain/burning sensation in mid chest & back. Can it lead to emergency of heart attack?

It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.
