Hi, I am 7 week pregnant earlier I had pcos but fortunately after 2 months of treatment got pregnant. My question is that my blood group is b negative and husband, s ab. Positive. Is there any chance of complications and my doctor prescribed me argirise c (l-citrulline Malate and l arginine) tablets.whats it?s use ?apart from it m taking folmet, susten,duphaston. And getting injection weekly and once in a ten day.

Continue taking medicines as advised by your doctor As it's your first pregnancy chances of complications due to different blood group will be negligible. You should get your Indirect coombs test done. To avoid comications in further pregnancies your doctor will give you antiD vaccine at 28 weeks of pregnancy, 2nd shot of vaccine will be given within 72 hrs of delivery if babies blood group is the+ve.
