See there is no relation like if you walk for certain no of kms, your blood glucose will fall by this much amount. As you r very young One more that I would like to suggest you is- do strength/weight training. It is better than walking. Go to gym for weight training. Session is of hardly one hour. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. It will give much better results in blood sugar than walking which is only cardio. U should read a book before joining a gym. Don't loose out work out by Rujuta Diwekar. It's a good book written in detail about how to gym etc But its a sure shot method.
