Hi, I have a chronic fissure for past 6 7 months. I have grown skin around my anus in opposite side of crack. I have used diltiazem piluroute hedensa etc. Bt till now no relief. Its severe pain all over a day after defecation. Please guide me how to heal that pain?

Most likely you are suffering from Sentinel tag which develops when Anal Fissure is not treated in time and it becomes chronic.
