Hi, I am suffering from schizophrenia from last 10 years was on respidon 4 mg after having a relapse Dr. advised palido 12 mg and arip 10 mg but from past 10 days getting same relapse feeling please advise I am happy with my current doctor and shall be going to him tomorrow but certain fear.

I think you should discuss your issues with close relatives or family members, to sort this out. Once your inner heaviness is released through speaking out you should be fine. If things don't work this way. For your psychological issues, please contact a psychotherapist or counsellor in your area and seek immediate help. You may also need to take psychiatric drugs for sometime, for which you would need to consult a qualified psychiatrist. Also start engaging in your hobbies and some form of yoga and relaxation for better results.

With regular treatment, you will not have frequent relapses. Schizophrenia is a relapsing disorder. Early recognition and meeting a psychiatrist is a very good sign of preventing relapse.
