I have Spasmodic Dysphonia Abductor resistant to Botox for past 2 yrs. Recently I had Thyroplasty Type 3 done. My voice is still very spasmed/ drunk like and pretty non existent. If this surgery is irreversible (Type 3 is) will my voice remain this bad so?
